Home of SMU, this affluent neighborhood is only slightly more attainable than it's highest brow neighbor and counterpart, Highland Park. And, surprise surprise, it is the most educated and affluent population in all of Texas. 

If it's luxury you want, look no further. Complemented by treelined streets and immaculately manicured lawns, Highland Park is currently ranked the 9th wealthiest neighborhood in the country. 

East Dallas is a large area that includes many small neighborhoods from Lakewood and "M" Streets to Lower Greenville and Junius Heights. It's is also a hotbed for new construction townhouses, condos and single family homes.

Proximity to White Rock Lake make this neighborhood popular with those who appreciate time outdoors riding bikes, going for a run or having fun in one of the many public parks and playgrounds. 

This area is centered around Greenville Ave, which is jam packed with some of the hottest rooftop bars and restaurants in Dallas. New construction is harder to come by in this part of East Dallas as property values have risen rapidly in recent years.

Packed with breweries, bars and restaurants (and maybe a speakeasy or two), Bishop Arts is notorious for incredible nightlife. An area where you can find live music, stand-up comedy, artisanal donuts and candle-making classes all in one place. 

Packed full of high and low rise Big Box apartment buildings with a plethora of bars, restaurants and shops, this area is a magnet for day and nightlife. 

Located in Kessler Park, Bishop Arts is the epitome of hip. Great restaurants and shops, and constantly evolving - this small neighborhood is growing rapidly with pockets of new construction everywhere.

An up and coming area of Dallas that will benefit from the overflow of Deep Ellum as well as the 20 billion dollar high speed rail train, Texas Central, currently underway in the Cedars. There may not be much here but small pockets of new construction townhouses and condos now, but property and land values are rising at an incredibly rapid rate.

If it's a glamorous high-rise with a city feel you want, look no further. But good luck finding a place to park.

Another up and coming area of Dallas, this neighborhood is popular amongst new construction townhouse and condo developers. 

Townhouses and Condos in Dallas can often be challenged in terms of square footage. In Las Colinas, this is far from true. Proximity to the airport make this area popular with frequent travelers. Only a 15 minute drive midday gets you to the heart of Dallas.
